Michelle Ameerally is an accomplished singer, actor, dancer, educator, and entrepreneur. She is the President and Artistic Director of Broadway Kids Studio Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Music – Musical Theater from the University of Miami Frost School of Music. Michelle has two decades of experience planning, designing and implementing curriculum for traditional public and private schools. She has developed a world-class leading After School Program with an innovative performing arts curriculum inclusive of music, acting, dance, and vocal ensemble. Michelle is an Actors Equity Association candidate and has performed in multiple equity shows and tours. Additional, Michelle is on the Board of Directors for Florida Children’s Performing Arts Foundation. Credits include A Chorus Line – Regional Tour (Diana Morales) Gypsy (Dainty June), King and I (Topsy).

Michelle’s student success stories include Mariangeli Collado, Emily Taylor Kaufman, Issie Swickle, and Sophia Carson. Mariangeli Collado started at BKS at the age of 7 and at age 12 was signed by Warner Music as a member of the all-girl pop group L2M. Emily Taylor Kaufman was selected by the Phil Collins “Little Dreamers Foundation” which fulfills the dreams of aspiring musicians, artist, and athletes.

Issie Swickle, who has attended Broadway Kids Studio since the age of 5, was made the lead in the national Broadway tour of Annie at the age of 9. Sophia Carson, now age 26, honed her voice, acting and dancing with Michelle’s help and has gone on to appear as one of the main characters, Evie, in the Disney Channel Original Movie, Disney’s Descendants and was a guest star on the television series Austin & Ally to name just a few of her accomplishments.
