Maya Davis is a vocalist, pianist, cellist, and music teacher from Fairfax Station, Virginia. She is currently pursuing her Master’s of Music in Vocal Performance at the Frost School of Music where she has performed operatic roles such as Le Prince Charmant in Cendrillon and Sally in A Hand of Bridge. She holds a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA, where she performed the role of Paquette in Candide and was featured as a soloist in several masterworks with the JMU Symphony Orchestra. She has also taught voice, piano, cello, and music theory to students ranging from ages five to twenty-five. This is Maya’s first year teaching with Little Canes, and she is so excited for the opportunity to share her lifelong passion for music with your children in a playful and inspiring environment!
