BYOB Fitness (Bring Your Own Baby)


An opportunity to get a workout in without leaving your baby. This class will incorporate stretching, core strengthening, barre work, and dance. You and your baby will love dancing to upbeat, fun, developmentally appropriate music. This class will also include some fun activities tailored to your baby.

Jammin’ Workout

A lively class that combines the use of simulated drumming for a full body jam session. Adult classes or kids classes (ages 10 & up) are available.
